A heat pump transfers heat; a heat strip uses electric resistance heating. The right choice depends on the unit, climate, and available electrical supply.

2. Space & measurements

If there is an existing sleeve, measure its outside dimensions in inches to the nearest ⅛ inch. Leave unknown measurements blank.

3. Power & quantity

Use known circuit information or ask a qualified electrician. Do not open electrical equipment to check.
